You have a server address, a username, and a password from your IPTV provider. Now you need somewhere to enter them. A compatible browser player can use those details to load your account’s live channels, movies, and series without a separate installation. 01Start with the three details your provider supplied
An Xtream connection normally consists of a server URL, username, and password. Keep them separate when filling in the connection form. The server URL identifies the service. The other two fields identify your account within it. Your provider’s billing portal may use a different address or password, so do not assume that a customer-dashboard login is automatically the correct streaming login.
Check the address for a port number, such as a colon followed by digits, and preserve it when the provider includes one. Use the full HTTP or HTTPS prefix. 02Open the Xtream connection tool
Go to the Xtream Codes web player and leave the Xtream card selected. Add an optional playlist name that will make sense to you later. “Living room” or a provider nickname is easier to recognize than a pasted server address. The name is only a display label; changing it will not affect your provider’s account or the streams available to it.
Enter the server URL, username, and password exactly as supplied. Watch for extra spaces copied from an email or message, and check letter case in the password. You can reveal the password briefly with the eye control if needed. Do that only on a private screen. Never include the completed form in a screenshot you intend to share with someone else.
03Connect and let the account check finish
Select Connect & start watching. The application contacts the provider and checks whether the account is accepted before opening the library. The server address is normalized for commonly used Xtream-compatible API paths. A provider response must contain usable account information; an unrelated webpage or a successful HTTP response alone is not treated as a successful IPTV login.
If the check fails, read the specific message before submitting again. Incorrect credentials, expired access, and an unreachable service need different fixes. Repeatedly changing every field makes it harder to tell which detail was wrong. Start with the server address, confirm the account details with your provider, and try once more. 04Find your way around the library
Once connected, use Live TV, Movies, or Series in the sidebar. Categories come from the provider, so your list may look different from another person’s. There is no universal set of groups that every account must contain. If a section is empty, the provider may not expose that catalog, or the account may not include it. The interface does not fill the gap with sample titles.
Search filters loaded names and can expand to all content when you choose that scope. Large catalogs use bounded pages, keeping the grid manageable. Opening a series requests its seasons and episodes at that point, rather than downloading every episode in the provider’s collection as soon as you sign in.
05Open a stream and choose practical playback settings
Select a live channel to open the player. For a movie or series, open the detail view and choose the film or episode you want. Start with the default playback format and screen fit. If a picture looks stretched, return to Auto or Fit before assuming the source is damaged. Brightness changes the video’s appearance; it does not change your device’s display hardware.
Quality choices appear only when an HLS source exposes multiple real variants. A single stream does not acquire extra resolutions because it is opened in a browser. 06Save favorites without keeping a password in your history
Use a title’s heart button to add it to Favorites. Recently watched provides a route back to channels you opened, while movie and episode progress can support resuming a longer watch. These records belong to the active playlist on this device. A favorite is a convenient pointer into your library, not a downloaded copy of a programme or a guarantee that it will remain available.

Direct playback and an optional media relay take different network paths. 08Keep your next connection simple
Keep the original connection details in a secure place outside the player. If your provider changes its address or password, reconnect with the new details. Do not try to recover secrets from saved favorites, and do not send your account password to the player’s contact form. Describe the browser, the connection method, and the exact error message instead; that is usually enough to start a useful conversation.
